, Ms. Kreindler was known for her abstract oil paintings. She travelled extensively, and used her trips as inspiration in many of her works. Signed and titled in pencil by the artist.
Ms. Kreindler's first solo exhibition was at the Brooklyn Museum in 1935. Ms. Kreindler's works are in numerous museum collections including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Museum of Modern Art, Brooklyn Museum of Art, Smithsonian American Art Museum, Philadelphia Museum of Art, Art Institute of Chicago, Tel Aviv Museum of Art, and others.
Her art education included studies at the New York School of Applied Design for Women, the National Academy of Design, Pratt Institute, and the Art Students League in NYC. Notably, she also studied with Hans Hofmann.
