All sales are final. Since all pieces are vintage, with some expected wear, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any item. We do our best to accurately represent each item and are more than happy to provide you with as much information as possible before your purchase. All sales are FINAL. Brick Alley Co. does not offer returns, all sales are final, and all merchandise is sold as is. Please measure and ask as many questions as necessary. We are always happy to send more photos, videos, or details before purchase. We strive to sell vintage in as best of condition as possible. Some vintage pieces show signs of wear that are consistent with age. The condition of each individual item may vary accordingly and are sold as is.Once an order is fulfilled we can not cancel an online order.

Brick Alley Co.  sells vintage furniture and home decor. We do our very best to check over and describe the condition of pieces to the best of our ability. We do not offer a warranty, as we haven't manufactured these vintage pieces. If something breaks or malfunctions after purchase, Brick Alley Co. is not responsible for fixing, replacing, or accepting a return. 

 

Ship items at your own risk. Items will be insured with shipping carriers, and is the buyers responsibility to file a claim should an item go missing or become damaged during shipment. We will not refund for lost ( by carrier)  or damaged orders.

If you purchase an item and choose shipping and the item clearly states in the description it can not be shipped & you are unable to pick up we can credit you back your purchase - a 25% restocking
